Laminar Designs is led by Bill O’Keefe, who brings more than four decades of experience in both clinical medicine and software development.
His clinical background is rooted in vascular ultrasound, with experience across private practice, hospital systems, and mobile diagnostic services. He has built and directed vascular laboratories, developed clinical workflows, and trained technical staff. His specialties include hemodialysis access graft evaluation and the diagnosis of venous thrombotic disease and venous insufficiency.
In parallel, Bill has maintained a continuous programming career spanning over 40 years. His work has evolved from early MS-Basic and C development to advanced medical database systems as a certified FileMaker developer, and now to modern medical informatics solutions using Xojo.
